Emmanuel Frimpong has launched a scathing attack on Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka, claiming he would rather have a ‘one-legged Aaron Ramsey’.The former Gunners midfielder was fuming after the club’s top-four hopes ended with a 1-1 draw at home to Brighton on Sunday – their fourth consecutive league game without a win.2

And Frimpong, a die-hard Arsenal fan who came through the club’s academy, singled out Xhaka after yet another desperate performance.The Swiss midfielder is often a source of Gunners fans’ frustration and his stats make for grim reading.Arsenal have won 55% of the 38 games in which Xhaka has started this season – and 71% of the 17 he hasn’t. Ramsey, on the other hand, has been one of the club’s standout performers for several years.However, he has already played his last game for Arsenal after agreeing a free transfer to Juventus this summer.“Ill rather have a one leg Ramsey than Xhaka,” Frimpong tweeted.2
